SALEM, Mass. — Donald Denney, Jr. of Salem, Mass., died Sunday, Oct. 10, 2010, at Tufts Medical Center.
He is survived by his parents, Donald and Gwen Denney; his brother, Michael Denney; his sisters, Donna Kay Rockwell, Elaina Denney, Julia Denney, and Samantha Alberts; his good friends, Alex Andrade and Carol McFarland, and many nieces and nephews. He loved and was loved by his family and many dear friends.
Donny was born on April 21, 1967, in Exeter, N.H., and grew up in Fremont, N.H. He lived for some years in Miami, and most recently in Salem, Mass. He attended Ellis School, Sanborn Regional High School and Essex Agricultural School.
He loved to garden and was a master gardener and landscaper. He loved animals, especially his cats. Donny traveled extensively throughout his life. His trip to Machu Picchu, Peru, was one of the most memorable.
ARRANGEMENTS: Visiting hours with the family were 4 to 7 p.m., Friday, Oct. 15, and a memorial service was at 10 a.m., Oct. 16. Both services were at the Peoples United Methodist Church, 622 Main St., in Fremont. Visit www.fosters.com/obits to sign the online guest book.
