Forrest F.'s Story
Forrest “Fod” F. Robie, 80, died on June 16, 2016 at the Rockingham County Nursing Home in Brentwood, N.H. A native and lifelong resident of Kingston, he was born on March 21, 1936, the son of the late Morton E. and Helen (Page) Robie.
Forrest worked as a janitor for 42 years at the Bakie School and Sanborn Seminary in Kingston. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed archery, hunting, fishing, and spending time at his camp in Milan, N.H. A member of the Country Pond Fish & Game Club, he loved dogs and raised many of them for hunting. He also like whittling and building and painting models.
He is survived by his brother, Loren and his wife, Cecile Robie of Kingston, N.H.; his sister, Carolyn J. Robie of Kingston, N.H.; his sister-in-law, Nan Robie of Kingston, N.H.; and many nieces and nephews.

There was an hour of visitation from 10 to 11 a.m. on Tuesday, June 21, 2016, at the Brewitt Funeral Home, 14 Pine St., Exeter, N.H. Funeral services followed at 11 a.m. at the funeral home and burial will be held in the Pine Grove Cemetery in Kingston, N.H.
