East Hampstead, N.H. — Frank W. Kelley, Jr., age 58 years, of East Hampstead, N.H., passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, January 26, at the Parkland Medical Center in Derry, N.H.

Born on Thursday, January 6, 1955 in Marlboro, Mass., Frank was the son of Eunice M. Kelley of Lakeville, and Frank W. Kelley, Sr. of Florida. Frank was a 1973 graduate of Apponoquet Regional High School in Lakeville. During his time at Apponoquet Regional High School, he was a star athlete and MVP of the track team where he served as the Captain and held many state and local records. While growing up in Lakeville, Frank attended the Lakeville United Church of Christ. Not long after graduating high school, he moved to New Hampshire spending most of his time in Sandown, and most recently in East Hampstead.

During the earlier part of his working career, Frank worked as a tech writer, he then moved onto working for himself as a self-employed general contractor. When he wasn’t working, Frank loved being outdoors especially during the cold weather, he had a deep love for nature and animals, especially dogs. Frank was a proud card carrying member of the Republican National Committee, and was a major supporter of the 2nd amendment. He was also a member of the New Hampshire Native American Association.

In addition to his mother, Eunice and his father, Frank, Sr., Frank, Jr. is survived by two sisters, Joanne Townsend and her husband, Scott of Derry, N.H., and Terrie Coletti and her husband, Al of Middleboro. He also had a niece, Lauren Townsend of Connecticut, and a nephew, Christopher Pilato of Middleboro, as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins. In addition to his immediate family Frank had a life long partner, Paula Verge of New Hampshire; a close life long friend, Walter Karinko of New Hampshire, and his two beloved dogs, Honkey, and Almos. Frank was well liked by so many, loved deeply by his family and will be missed dearly.

ARRANGEMENTS: A public memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 9 at 11 a.m. at the Lakeville United Church of Christ on Precinct St. in Lakeville, Mass.
