Jean A.'s Story
Jean A. O'Donnell, of South Hampton, N.H., was born in New York, N.Y. She grew up with her family in Bernardsville, N.J. and was a graduate of Sarah Lawrence College of New York. She worked for the Frontier Nursing Service of Kentucky and also taught writing at American University in Washington, D.C. She lived with her family in Washington, D.C., for many years. She traveled overseas. She was a writer, gardener, and homemaker. She loved her dogs and all animals. She also liked to swim. She is survived by her daughter, Jeannie A. O'Donnell of Washington, D.C. and her son, Michael C. O'Donnell of Newburyport, Mass. She also leaves a brother, Archie S. Alexander in Bozeman, Mont.; a sister, Helen Prevost in France; and a sister, Susan A. Powers in Beverly, Mass. Peace to all living things.
