Epping - On November 24, 2023, Kevin E. Hall passed away unexpectedly at his Epping, New Hampshire home. Kevin, born on March 9, 1957, in Adams, MA, was a remarkable individual who left an indelible mark on the world.
As a teenager in Adams, Kevin's journey began at Charles H. McCann Technical School, where he laid the foundation for a life filled with diverse talents and passions. In his early years, he learned machining, embarking on a successful career at Beloit Jones in Lenox, MA, and various other machine shops in Berkshire County. His meticulous craftsmanship and dedication shone brightly in this field.
Kevin moved to New Hampshire in 1985, beginning a new chapter as a master carpenter and entrepreneur, owning his own business. Beyond his craftsmanship, he founded "Woodworking Collaborative," a venture that would touch the lives of countless young adults with disabilities in the Epping area. Kevin's skills were not just about building wooden furniture. He was nurturing the creative spirit of those he taught.
Kevin was a man of many talents. An accomplished musician from his teenage years, he journeyed from playing in bands to creating a sound studio for recording music. His passion for music resonated in every note he played.
Beyond his professional and artistic pursuits, Kevin was a pillar of support and love for those fortunate to know him. He leaves behind his beloved wife and best friend of 37 years, Emily (Low) Hall, who shared his joys and supported his dreams. His family was his heart's treasure, and he created countless cherished moments with loved ones and friends. He was a source of inspiration to his niece and nephews, known for his humor and unique outlook on life.
Kevin's memory lives on through his surviving family members: his sister Valerie (Soldo) Tyska and her husband Alfred Tyska of Cheshire, MA; his brothers, Richard N. Hall and his wife Claire of Longmeadow, MA; and Timothy Hall of Derry, NH; and his sister-in-law Sarah Low from Newmarket, NH. His influence extends to his niece, Kelsey S. Hall, and her husband, Patrick Ryan, from Easthampton, MA, as well as his nephews Bradley J. Hall and his wife Erika from Northbridge, MA; Ryan R. Soldo and his wife Miriam from Shrewsbury, MA; Joshua J. Soldo and his wife, Beth from Milford, MA; Sgt. Major Jesse F. Soldo, his wife Cassie from Niceville, FL, and several grandnieces and nephews.
In the spirit of Kevin's vibrant life, his journey will be celebrated in the spring of 2024 in Epping and Berkshire County. It will be a time for friends and family to come together, share stories, and honor the remarkable life of a man who touched our hearts in countless ways, an enduring source of inspiration, creativity, and love. His legacy continues through the lives he touched and the memories we hold dear.
