Patricia H. Gerety
Fremont, NH - Patricia Holder (Rossetti) Gerety, 77, of Fremont, and former longtime resident of Canterbury Forest, Plaistow, died peacefully on Friday, September 13, 2019, at her home, surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Lynn, Massachusetts, daughter of the late Frank and Verne (Holder) Rossetti, she attended local schools and was a member of the Lynn English High School class of 1960. She graduated from the Chandler School for Women with her associate degree. A woman blessed with a "green thumb," Mrs. Gerety enjoyed tending her flower gardens and taking care of her many houseplants. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother and enjoyed reading, teaching her granddaughters how to knit and crochet and was an amazing cook. Mrs. Gerety and her husband, Warren and their family enjoyed taking vacations to Kiawah Island, S.C., as well as summer excursions to Booth Bay Harbor, Maine, and frequent drives to North Hampton and Rye Beach.

The world had lost one of the most kind and thoughtful person, and is a sadder place without Pat . We have been good friends with all the Geretys, and Pat was very special friend. I hope your family wil find comfort in the fact that she is now at peace, I miss her so much.

I had the pleasure of knowing Pat through my sister and am saddened by her loss. She was a wonderful, caring, and loving woman who accomplished so much. May you find some peace knowing that she's she touched the life of so many others. Sending caring thoughts your way.

My heart is saddened with the loss of my good friend. My heart goes out to Warren and the entire family. I have had the most wonderful privilege to know Pat, first as her nurse, then becoming close friends for many years. They have invited me into their home as her nurse and as their friend. She was the kindest person I’ve ever known and will be missed. I know she is at our Lords side.

Dear Warren and Family, I am so sorry to read of Pat's death. I know, personally, that there are no words that take away the pain and sorrow that you feel. Hopefully you will have the kind of friends that I have who will support you as you travel the road to understanding how to accept your new life without her. Again my deepest sympathy and empathy.
