Raymond, NH — Susan Margaret (Pond) Jackman, 62, died at her home in Raymond, NH on December 18, 2012. She was born on March 11, 1950 in Newburyport, MA, the daughter of the late Russell and Isabelle (Ross) Packer. She grew up in Newburyport, lived in Kingston, NH from 1972-2011, and resided in Raymond for over the last year.

Susan was gifted with a magical “green thumb”. She enjoyed tending her flower and vegetable gardens and loved many outdoor activities including hunting. She was always “on the go” and liked cooking and playing video games. She also possessed a unique sense of humor that made people love being around her.

She was predeceased by her husband Terry Lee Jackman on November 6, 2009, and also by her brother Norman Pond, and her sister Donna Packer; and is survived by her son Lon M. Jackman and Maureen McMahon of Manchester, NH; her daughter, Shellie M. and husband, Timothy Gallagher of Plaistow, NH; her grandson, Jory Jackman; 4 sisters, Sharon Cassidy, Shelly LaMothe, Diane Terrio, and Ebbie Beausoliel; 4 brothers, Raymond Pond, Daniel Pond, Russell Packer and Richard Packer; many nieces and nephews; and her beloved pet dog Rosie.
