NEWBURYPORT: Born in Amesbury to the late George and Lorette (Thibodeau) Charest. She is survived by her sister Alice Fowler of Danville, N.H.

She was married to the late William Herman for 57 years. She was predeceased by daughter, Linda Herman. She is survived by son, William Jr. and his partner, Heidi Merrill of Amesbury, Robin LeBlanc of Kensington, N.H.; grandsons, C.J. LeBlanc and wife, Amy, Travis Bastien and wife, Kelly, Kerry Bastien, and Mitchel Herman and wife, Charlotte; great-grandsons, Hayden Herman and Keegan LeBlanc. She also leaves behind many nephews, nieces and friends

Theresa loved the beach, the White Mountains, Las Vegas, and the Bahamas. She also loved bingo and playing cards with friends.

The family would like to thank Constellation Hospice for their care, compassion and support throughout this difficult time.

By her request, there will be no visiting hours. A private family service will be held at a later time. Donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
