WHITEFIELD: Thomas F. Doucette Sr., 70, of Old East Road, passed away Saturday, April 25, 2015 at Country Village Health Care Center in Lancaster after a long battle with cancer.
Tom was born in Boston on March 27, 1945, the son of Joseph and Marion (Spinola) Doucette. He was a resident of Sandown since 1958 where he was educated, worked and married Georgiana “Pepper” McMahon. In 1998, Tom retired from his work as a Delivery Driver from Ram Printing and moved to Whitefield, N.H.
He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Georgiana Whitefield, N.H.; a brother, J. Richard Doucette of Englewood, Fla.; a sister, Eleanor M. Zaremba of Atkinson; his children, two daughters, Michelle Amodio of Newbury, Mass., Carrine Furman of Fort Myers, Fla.; a son, Thomas Doucette Jr. of West Yarmouth, Mass.; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at Center Cemetery in Sandown, at the convenience of the family. Donations may be made to the Lancaster VFW Post 3041, 259 Main Street, Lancaster, NH 03584.
